Meet Edward Williams
I am Edward Williams, the visionary founder and culinary architect behind Williams Catering Services. My journey into the world of gastronomy began with a simple passion for cooking, blossoming into a commitment to redefine the catering experience. With over a decade of experience, I lead a team of skilled chefs to transform events into unforgettable culinary adventures.
Owner, Edward Williams has been operating WSG only for a brief time. The catering company is a spinoff from 514 West a fine dining restaurant that he and wife, Coy Williams owned for 6 years. Previous to owning the restaurant, Edward was General Manager of 17Hundred90 Restaurant and Inn for 12 years where I honed my skills as an administrative manager. Prior to that I was the Executive Chef to the same establishment.
