Edward Williams, culinary architect
"I'm Edward Williams, the founder behind Williams Catering Services. My journey into gastronomy began with a simple passion for cooking that grew into a commitment to redefine the catering experience — leading a team of skilled chefs who turn events into unforgettable culinary adventures."
WSG Services is a spinoff of 514 West, the fine-dining restaurant Edward and his wife Coy Williams owned for six years. Before that, Edward spent twelve years at the 17Hundred90 Restaurant & Inn — first as Executive Chef, then as General Manager — honing both the kitchen craft and the hospitality that define WSG today.
His dedication to on-site cooking is a promise of more than a meal: it's about creating an experience.
