October 1st and we've finally gotten here. Edward has been patient with the changes in the number of guests, the change in food choices and even the last minute change in service arrangements. He is happy and pleased to help. The venue is beautifully arranged, the food is exactly what we asked for and I am enjoying myself. This is my memory of my mother's 88th birthday party, a joyful ending to what had been a tough few months for me. Thank you Edward for your patience and positive attitude. My mother enjoyed her party and I was able to as well. You and your team are appreciated.

Edward and his team made and served us two different and complete meals that all our guests were raving about. Ed took a very personal approach and sat down with us to make sure he matched their food prep to what we wanted. He creatively used fresh herbs to give our fish and chicken dishes a one-of-a-kind flavor.

I have a very good experience with WSG. I used them to cater an engagement party with 50 guests. Everyone loved the food choices, quality, and the taste. The team was very professional and the kitchen was left spotless with all of the leftovers stored in the refrigerator. The owner, Edward Williams, has a professional quoting and payment system. I would definitely use them again!

Everything about WSG Catering was 5 star. Edward catered the entire Memorial Day weekend for my daughter and her friends staying at our home in Bluffton. We worked with WSG for our daughter's wedding brunch. Edward was outstanding to work with, and our event was terrific, in part because of the food and service. Food was delicious and just what we wanted. The service staff was on time, attentive and fun to work with. Plus the cost was reasonable. I would use WSG again with no question.

I'm so thankful I found WSG. I had to plan a formal dinner party for 60 people and Mr. Williams did a wonderful job from the first time we talked to the day of the party. He made the most wonderful meal, the salmon was the best I have ever put in my mouth, the prime rib was perfect. The staff was thoughtful and helpful. We had a wedding in a park, came home and this magnificent spread was served! The food was delicious, the tables were set in white linens, dishes and crystal champagne glasses!

Contacted WSG Services about catering our 38th Wedding anniversary at our home. Chef Eddie Williams worked tirelessly with me to create a special menu to fit my dietary needs as well as my wife's favorite foods and desserts.
